Senior Financial Analyst

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Our client, a large, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, growing privately-held $500+ mil revenue service company seeks bright, take charge, hands-on financial professional to join a top caliber Finance team to manage financial analysis, budgeting, and special projects as well as assist with corporate finance and accounting activities. 

 

The company is a leader in their industry with operations in over 30 states around the US.  Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the company expects to have solid growth over the next 5 years.  The company has had a successful, proven acquisition strategy that will enable them to continue to make opportunistic, successful acquisitions and effectively integrate these acquisitions.  This person will have strong visibility to management and be involved in financial operations.  The company is located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

POSITION INFORMATION:

Reporting to the Controller, this person will have responsibility for managing the overall financial analysis and budgeting process.  Additionally, this individual will be involved in special projects related to corporate finance and accounting activities such as assisting in due diligence for potential acquisitions, process analysis and improvement, and internal audit. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a diversity of finance and acquisitions experience and have high visibility and access to a seasoned, results-oriented senior management team.

 

Excellent compensation and benefits package.  Total cash compensation (base plus bonus) up to $80K.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

·   B.S. in Accounting or Finance.

·   Minimum of 3 years progressive financial experience in any of the following areas: public accounting, financial planning and analysis and/or budgeting.

·   Prior Big 4 background preferred not required.

·   Strong Excel skills.

·   Highest level of trust, integrity and commitment level.

·   Able to work independently as well as with a team.

·   Strong communication skills.

·   Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

 

 

TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL CASH COMPENSATION: Up to $80,000.00
