COMPANY BACKGROUND:
We have been engaged by a leading investor, developer and operator of retail and mixed-use real estate throughout the US, with a sizeable national portfolio. They have set themselves apart from the industry by focusing on projects that are distinctive and create a real sense of community. The hiring manager, who previously worked for one of the premier private equity firms in the country, is committed to hiring a bright, career-oriented finance professional who wants to learn real estate from the ground up and who wants to carve out a career in real estate. Prior real estate experience not necessary.
POSITION INFORMATION:
Responsibilities include real estate accounting for JV partnered, wholly-owned and managed properties to include monthly financials, budgets, fixed assets and cash management for portfolio.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent

Ability to work independently with limited supervision; self-motivated, team-oriented, dependable, responsible, flexible and professional

2+ years public accounting

Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL CASH COMPENSATION:
Contingent Upon Experience.
