As Research Associate/Recruiting Consultant, Mr. Arnold is responsible for the management of information for retained searches. His duties include the identification of target companies and people within those companies to recruit for retained searches. He has strong knowledge of a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, energy, and specialty finance.

Originally from suburban Maryland, Mr. Arnold graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Mr. Arnold is very active in the community and volunteers as a firefighter and paramedic. An avid sports enthusiast, he also participates in various D.C. kickball leagues. Mr. Arnold currently resides in the Bethesda area.
