Stacey W Erlenbach
Stacey Erlenbach is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of executive search and corporate recruiting experience. She has experience working within different industries that include private equity, global investment management, financial and professional services, real estate, manufacturing, and technology. She is a strategic partner in the recruitment of senior to executive/partner level professionals across functional areas that include investor relations, deal strategy, finance / accounting, tax, human resources, legal and information technology.
Stacey has experience with the full recruitment cycle that includes search strategy, research, candidates sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, selection analysis, reference verification, offer negotiation / acceptance and the resignation, counteroffer process. She understands the importance of a collaborative effort with the hiring manager and their teams to assist the groups meet their goals and objectives.
Although she initially joined Grant Morgan in 1996, Stacey left in 2010 to oversee talent acquisition efforts at The Carlyle Group, one of the largest global alternative asset management firms in the World with over $260 billion of AUM (assets under management) and 1700 employees. While with The Carlyle Group, she oversaw talent acquisition/recruitment for the Washington DC, Los Angeles, Sao Paolo, and Chicago offices. She was involved in organizational structure/design helping staff the organization appropriately while transitioning from a private 15 partnership to a NYSE, publicly traded entity. A career opportunity for her husband led to relocation with her family to Richmond, Virginia. She returned to Grant Morgan in 2019.
A graduate of Florida State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business.
