Steve Christakos joined GM in 2018. He recruits for all levels of real estate positions - specializing in real estate development, acquisitions, asset/property management, investments, and construction. He also has experience with senior and executive level finance/accounting positions in various industries ranging from real estate to industrial/manufacturing.

Steve is integral to Grant Morgan’s research efforts. He has worked to analyze and interpret market intelligence on target companies and personnel across various industries. He also coaches youth and high school showcase baseball for Koa Sports in Montgomery Country, MD. Prior to GM, Steve was a Research Manager at Rainking Solutions in Bethesda, MD.

He attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics. He was a 4-year varsity baseball player at Ursinus, and enjoys all things sports related.
